Loss of humour

Bill Clinton is visiting a school. In one class,he asks the student if anyone can give him an example of a "tragedy"one little boy stands up and offers that."if my best friend who lives next door is playing in the street when a car came by and killed him, that would be a tragedy.
"NO"Clinton says, that would be an "ACCIDENT",
A girl raises her hand ,"if a school bus carrying 5o children drove off a cliff, killing everyone inside..that would be a tragedy.
"I'm not afraid "explains Clinton"That what we would call a GREAT LOSS".The room is silent, none of the other children dare volunteer."WHAT?asks Clinton"isn't there anyone here who can give me an example of a tragedy???"
Finally a boy in the back bench raises his hand,In a timid voice ,he says"If an airplane carrying BILL and Hillary Clinton was blown up by a bomb that would be a tragedy.
"wonderful!Clinton beams"marvelous! And can you tell me Why that would be a tragedy?""well".says the boy,"because it wouldn't be an accident, and it certainly would be no GREAT LOSS!

Kids bit aggressive

Is your child turning aggressive ,Take care as such a temperament can hamper his mental health and overall development. If you are getting frequent complaints from your child's class teacher on his hostile behaviour,Then it's cause to be alarmed because aggressiveness can harm the overall development of a child.According to experts,There has been 20 per cent rise in the case of pre-teen violence in the past five years. And it is likely to rise in coming years,if not curbed in the initial stages.Psychologists believe that one of the prime reasons for the rise in aggressiveness among among children is to seek attention .By acting cruel towards someone or something,a child wants to divert attention towards,a child wants to divert attention towards himself. There are many reason WHO a child turns violent and act rowdy.Children are these days are not utilising their psychical energies and are spending most of their times sitting at home. They are also addicted to violent video games and TV hows..The high carbohydrate and fat content in junk food causes chemical imbalance in the body and leads to raging hormones..They should make it mandatory to avoid using abusive language and impasse a strict no-no to physical violence at home.Fix a routine for children, where they should essentially spend time outside home doing some physical activity.if the child is still not showing any signs or improvement, get them professional help.

People go for Radio work-RJ

If you have an ear for music and want to work your way through it,a radio station is place to be
The general misconception is that a radio jockey is the star of the station and the others have nothing much to do.This is far from the truth. There are many career options in a radio station that can satiate your music cravings and earn while you do so.

Life is one big party at most radio stations."Radio indigo has a pool table that comes out every evening and even the sales guys play with us and let out all their frustratiobs at the table.

unlike many regular jobs,a radio jobs is fun and games most of the time."A radio station is a
fabulous environment to work at.There is absoluetly no monotony in your work and i look forward to coming to work everybody. If you aren't sure what role you want to take up,you can always join a radio station as an intern and check the scene out before taking the plunge."you get to do all the dirty work.but you are in the midist of all the action and gets loads of experience .YOU need to draw pictures through sound.if you can do that you fit in a radio station

Global Warming

Consequence: ecosystem shifts and species die-off
The increase in global temperatures is expected to disrupt ecosystems and result in loss of species diversity, as species that cannot adapt die off. The first comprehensive assessment of the extinction risk from global warming found that more than one million species could be committed to extinction by 2050 if global warming pollution is not curtailed. Some ecosystems, including alpine meadows in the Rocky Mountains, as well as tropical montane and mangrove forests, are likely to disappear because new warmer local climates or coastal sea level rise will not support them.[Photo] Warmer temperatures may cause some ecosystems, including alpine meadows in the Rocky Mountains, to disappear. Warning signs today

A recent study of nearly 2,000 species of plants and animals discovered movement toward the poles at an average rate of 3.8 miles per decade. Similarly, the study found species in alpine areas to be moving vertically at a rate of 20 feet per decade in the 2nd half of the 20th century.

The latest IPCC report found that approximately 20 to 30 percent of plant and animal species assessed so far are likely to be at increased risk of extinction if global average temperature increases by more than 2.7 to 4.5 degrees Fahrenheit.

Some polar bears are drowning because they have to swim longer distances to reach ice floes. The U. S. Geological Survey has predicted that two-thirds of the world's polar bear sub-populations will be extinct by mid-century due to melting of the Arctic ice cap.

In Washington's Olympic Mountains, sub-alpine forest has invaded higher elevation alpine meadows. In Bermuda and other places, mangrove forests are being lost.

In areas of California, shoreline sea life is shifting northward, probably in response to warmer ocean and air temperatures.

Over the past 25 years, some penguin populations have shrunk by 33 percent in parts of Antarctica, due to declines in winter sea-ice habitat.

The ocean will continue to become more acidic due to carbon dioxide emissions. Because of this acidification, species with hard calcium carbonate shells are vulnerable, as are coral reefs, which are vital to ocean ecosystems. Scientists predict that a 3.6 degree Fahrenheit increase in temperature would wipe out 97 percent of the world's coral reefs

Small world cryptography

It is well known that mobility increases the capacity of mobile ad hoc networks (MANETs) by reducing the number of relays for routing, prolonging the lifespan of wireless sensor networks (WSNs) by using mobile nodes in place of bottleneck static sensors, and ensuring network
connectivity in delay-tolerant networks (DTNs) using mobile nodes to connect different parts of a disconnected network. Trajectory planning and the coordination of mobile nodes
are two important design issues aiming to optimize or balance several measures, including delay, average number of relays, and moving distance. In this paper, we propose a new
controlled mobility model with an expected polylogarithmic number of relays to achieve a good balance among several contradictory goals, including delay, the number of relays,
and moving distance. The model is based on the small-world model where each static node has “short” link connections to its nearest neighbors and “long” link connections to other
nodes following a certain probability distribution. Short links are regular wireless connections whereas long links are implemented using mobile nodes. Various issues are
considered, including trade-offs between delay and average number of relays, selection of the number of mobile nodes, and selection of the number of long links. The effectiveness
of the proposed model is evaluated analytically as well as through simulation.

Marry with love

Indian youth haven't fully embraced Western ways. Tradition still dictates much of daily life. But progressive influences are everywhere. Take the tradition of arranged marriages, where parents chose children's spouses, often without their consent. Now young people want to marry for love--but also want parents' approval. The younger generation is nationalistic. In a recent survey by ad agency McCann-Erickson Asia-Pacific, Asian youth around the region voted Paris, London, and New York as the ''coolest'' cities. But young Indians voted for Bombay, along with New York. ''India has the best mix of people and cultures you can find,'' says Gaurav Kumar, 16, of Bangalore, India's Silicon Valley. ''We should take the best of both worlds.''Kumar wants to be an aviation engineer. Along with half his graduating class, he intends to take the tough exam for the Indian Institute of Technology, a system of prestigious, high-tech universities. The most sought-after field: computer science. ''It's almost a religion with young people,'' says Hema Ravichander, head of human resources for Infosys, which gets 280,000 job applicants every year.Private computer training institutes are working to fill the demand. Just in the past three years, the New Delhi-based National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT) and Bombay-based Aptech have expanded their franchises to 2,500 training centers in 300 cities and towns in India. ''These kids have a deep desire to uplift themselves and their families,'' says Rajendra Pawar, who co-founded NIIT in 1981.Companies are reaching out to the computer-literate young. Koshika, the cellular phone service provider in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh, India's poorest states, is using young people to develop an e-mail service. The company approached people who operate cellular phones as public services for their villages. It then sold them computers at a hefty discount and taught their children to use the Internet. For a fee, they offer e-mail services. Since most village families have members working in Persian Gulf states, they are starting to use e-mail to communicate, since it is cheaper than a telephone and faster than sending a letter. For the boys of the village, such opportunities are a great incentive for staying home rather than moving to the cities. Bunty Garg, from the town of Punnhana in Uttar Pradesh, was regarded as a ne'er-do-well by his father, who owns the local fabric store. That was until Bunty set up a public cell phone. Bunty, 22, now has seven public phone booths, his own car, and the biggest home in town. The danger for India is, of course, that the potent mixture of aspirations created by TV, computers, and marketers in the hearts of India's young could overheat, and the social cauldron could boil over. Some researchers also worry about rising aspirations colliding with the realities of Indian poverty. ''The young generation may want more,'' says Indrani Vidyarthi of ORG-MARG, India's premier market research agency. ''But how to get more when there ain't more?'' Indeed, almost 60% of rural Indian households have no electricity. ''How will they run computers?'' asks Rakesh Mohan, director of the National Council for Applied Economic Research in New Delhi. But Mohan may be underestimating the pragmatism and ambition of India's liberalization generation. Young Indians are not pessimistic. ''Our lives are in the fast lane,'' says Bangalore schoolboy Gaurav. ''We can cope; we have to.'' With luck, they'll not only cope--they'll thrive

Big Boys will Cry for some time

Today's men are not afraid to express their emotions openly anymore. And some tears are a sign of strength Men too choke up at sappy movies, hug their friends and grieve when a relation ship ends.No longer just a female emotion, men are not afraid to cry anymore and express their feelings in public

Remember how kapil dev cried in televising when he tried to prove himself innocent against charges of match-fixing or when cricketer, sreeshant was caught weeping after being slaped by harbhajan singh."men to have emotions, but we rae not emotional fools",we cry,but we don't howl we like exchang news about others, but we don't gossip. There is a difference. The image of a strong man who never cries and keps it al in bravely ,is becoming a thing of the past.it is considered a bigger sign of strength when a man is not afraid to cry feels ,And of course,it's not just grief that makes the eye of a man dew.Even when a proud father watches has kid win a prize, the tears just flow down.

Although men and women sigh ,cry rejoice, vent, shout and weep they express emotions live in the background of a manlife and the foreground of a woman.A breakup is as hard on a man as on a woman."When my relation ship with my girlfriend ended.I did cry my heart out.My friends told me how unmanly i was being, but i couldn't control my tears.

IT Sector Problem

The it sector is now passing through the bleak season, due to the financial crisis.Several people have lost their jobs and even those who have managed to keep them suffering from the effects of the cost cutting space.

With clients cutting heavily on expenditure and with new projects being scrapped, fancy frills companies are being stripped to a bare minimum to cope with the recession.Even top notch companies such as infosys, microsoft ,satyam and tcs are on a belt tightening model.

for DELLOITE they have the problem ,The cabs for 9pm and 10 pm slots have been scrapped.now they waited for 11 pm to shift to get over.for satyam ,they have reduced business tours to cut down on expenditure. Now most meetings are undertaken over the phone or vis video conferencing .

infosy too has found innovative ways to cut cost,They management had removed even dryers from washroom. They also switching off the air conditioner.for TCS They have replaced coffee from a vending machine .no more recruitments or lavish spending on anything microsoft.companies in the city have found many ways of belt tightening to cope with the recession.

Beauty Redefined

IN a country where most teenagers are obesssed with looking good and ready to spend a fortune on grooming are looks over taking personality. However ,a not so good -looking person can also transform himself with a sassy wardrobe,a few makeup tricks and a "worked on" personality. And the most teens have realised that what is essential is to be comfortable in skin."An attractive personality will be more pleasing to the eyes than a stunning face with no sparkle.we Don't have the right term anyone "ugly",as there isbeauty in all of us.

Expert says that good looks do play an important role, but we should know where to draw the line and what works best for us,with tons of options available at hand ,many youngsters are making a wise choice.

Blogging Grip teeangers

Blogging websites are creating a buzz among youngsters, and they are happening posting everything from their deepest thoughts to random comments on these websites.A major of teens in india are not aware of anything called "BLOGGING".They mostly surf social net working sites on the internet and are more happy to just do that.

However ,a survey conduct by the pew internet and American life project revealed that blogging encourages writing among teenagers ,and also helps them differentiate between the formal writing they do for school and informal writing.

However ,teenagers believe that more than honing their writing skills, feed backs from strangers on blogsites is what entices them to vist these websites.
"I BLOG BECAUSE I CAN'T SHARE EVERYTHING WITH MY PARENTS .I KNOW THEY WILL NEVER ABLE TO UNDERSTAND EVERY SITUATION I GO THROUGH..

Inspiration what i have in my mind

As I drive my truck each day I wonder what it is I will see today?
Each day brings something new for my eyes and ears
From state to state, from coast to coast what new things will I see this day?
The sunrises from my front window to my back from day to day
The colors are different each and every day from that sunrise
The scenery is never the same even though I’ve been here dozens of time
Where does my inspiration lie?

Some people have to get up to go to work and it is the same old thing day after day
But here in my old truck things are not that way.
I look forward to the days drive and the sites I’ll see and just what’s ahead of me
I have been very lucky to be able to travel and see this most beautiful land
The seasons change and I drive from season to season for just that reason
The seasons are never quite the same the colors are very bright with the changes
Where does my inspiration lie?

The people I meet, the things I’ve seen God you have blest me through my travels
Snow on the mountain peaks, creeks where fish are seen, great rivers miles long
Mother bears teaching her young to fish, deer’s, antelopes, long horned mountain goats
Flowers in a field of gold, windmills that you make go fast in the breath of your wind
Craters that have fallen from the sky large enough to make a hugh bright blue lake
Cactus that bloom in the hot desert sun, sand storms that scared us to death
Where does my inspiration lie?

My inspiration lies in you God where all that is, you have made each and every day
My inspiration lies in you my Lord for what I’ve seen you have made
My inspiration lies in your grace and beauty your love and mercy that you give me
My inspiration lies in the songs I hear from the morning dove that coos by my window
My inspiration lies in the evening skies as it bids us good night with the colors so bright
My inspiration lies in your son God who came here so we would be able to see your face
Where does my inspiration lie?

A healthy Break Fast

When I was a teen, I never ate breakfast. Before I ran out the door to go to school, I grabbed a few cookies or a piece of leftover cake, and that was my breakfast. I wonder if this is how it is today?

Maybe with children being raised by parents that are more health-conscious, like I was (live and learn!) things are different. In fact, studies are showing that if teens eat breakfast, they are more likely to weigh less...read on!
New research from the University Of Minnesota School Of Public Health shows that teenagers who eat breakfast on a regular basis tend to weigh less, exercise more, and eat a healthier diet than teens that usually skip breakfast. The research is published in the March, 2008, issue of the medical journal Pediatrics.

The study followed 2,216 adolescents and their lifestyle habits for five years beginning at age 14. The researchers were surprised to discover that the more regularly the teens ate breakfast, the lower their body mass index was. Body mass index, or BMI, is a ratio of height and weight. Those who always skipped breakfast on average had a higher BMI.

According to previous research, 12 to 34 percent of children and teens age 6 to 19 regularly skip breakfast and we also know that 25% of 6 to 19 year old are overweight or obese. The researchers also warned about rates of obesity, which have doubled in children and nearly tripled in adolescents over the past two decades, according to a 2007 report by the U.S. Surgeon General’s Office. Obesity has been clearly linked to high cholesterol, high blood pressure, asthma and diabetes.

Many people assume that skipping meals will help them to lose weight. In reality, when we skip a meal the body thinks that food is scarce so it slows the metabolism protect us from starving -we then have less energy so we burn fewer calories. On top of that, the next meal that we eat after skipping a meal is converted to fat and stored around the waste and hips as protection from starvation. The net result of skipping meals, especially breakfast, is a slower metabolism, less energy and more production of body fat.

Facebook got Poor in exam

in order rising of many social sites, students gets addicted to that, they them self spoiling in those sites.without studying for their exam they have was ten their full concentration in that. Fresh research has confirmed what many parents and teachers already feared: social networking sites are damaging students’ academic performance.
The researchers discovered that the majority of students who use Face book every day
are underachieving by as much as an entire grade compared with those who shun the
site. In order to reach their conclusion, researchers discovered how students who spend their time accumulating friends, chatting and "poking" others on the site may devote as little as one hour a week to their academic work.In the study, Karpinski and a colleague questioned 219 US undergraduates and graduates about their study practices and general internet use, as well as their specific use of Facebook.
They found that 65 percent of Facebook users accessed their account daily, usually checking it several times to see if they had received new messages. The amount of time spent on Facebook at each log-in varied from just a few minutes to more than an hour.

Be healthy Foreever

"Healthy living"
"Improved productivity"
"Focussed mind"
"Better Concentration"
"Just like that"
"Peace of mind"

These were some of the answers to the question posed by the instructor "What do you expect out of this course?" In the end , he said, "You wont get anything out of these but try it with an open mind"

I happened to attend AOL (aka) Art of Living course two weeks back at work place. My employer had arranged for it in weekdays 5pm to 7pm. The project i was working on was in Design/Documentation phase,so i had time to take up.There was no special reason to take it up.My friend was interested to try it out,he needed company,so he called me.Also one of my previous managers had taken up this course last time around. He was one of those managers who was vibrant always with high energy levels. Also i suffered two heartbreaks in june,so I decided to take it up.

I entered the hall where it was suppose to happen.Except for my friend others were unknown. It was just a batch of mid 20s. Most of them were red tags(in my employer's terms those who work for this organization for five years get a red tag,>10 years green tag, 1-5 years blue tag).I happened even to see a General Manager of a vertical. What struck me first was the age.I wondered whether i should have taken up this course after 5 years since most the ppl were above 28+ or 30+.I was also in the software engineer hierarchy, rest of them were in Project managers,Business consultant,Pre-sales consultant, etc etc.

The course work was structured in a proper way.One of the gains must be mild yoga, sudharana kriya and pranayama.Another huge gain was meditation. My grand ma used to sit in pooja room for half an hour and do meditation at night. She used to tell me to take up meditation seriously. But i could never close my eyes for more than few mins, may be i was impatient then. Now its a diff story i must say. The course covered two types of meditation.

1) Guided Meditation.
2) Non Guided Meditation.

Guided meditation where in you tell yourself what you have to think about, some examples would be TIME TRAVEL wherein you imagine as a kid in your mom's hand,5 years..10 years (something similar to Anniyan) another is EXPANSION wherein you imagine urself to be sky mountains etc..

Non Guided meditation is more challenging and i like this form more. You have to close you eyes and not force your mind with pre meditated thoughts. You must let all your thoughts flow may be some with hope, worries, fear everything. All you need to do is pay attention to each of those thoughts ,once you pay attention to a thought it vanishes and next one comes up after few mind your mind would go blank and thats what meditation is all about.

Its two weeks of trying meditation and mild yoga.So far very good i would say. That course also had some team building games. One was a retreat dance, another was "Tell your life story in 10 mins to three other ppl".It was interesting to tell your story to others and also listen other's story. One thing is everyone has gone through some challenging moments to be today in this position. On the final day, everyone had to bring their own food and in the end the instructor made it as buffet for everyone.

One of my team mates happened to ask me,
"Dont you know what is good for you?"
"Can't you breathe yourself?"
"Who are those ppl to tell you?"

If you think you know a lot may be this kinda course work wouldn't help you.
But if you have an open mind and you want to try out meditation and mild yoga only (for yourself) then you can give it a try.

One thing for sure is instead of spending time in gym in work outs, this kinda mild yoga and meditation would do a lot of good in my opinion.

Family Politics

Son: Dad, I have to do a special report for school. Can I ask you a question?Father: Sure, son. What's the question?Son: What is politics? Father: Well, let's take our home for example. I am the wage earner, so let's call me “Tony Blair.” Your mother is the administrator of money, so we'll call her “Gordon Brown.” We take care of your needs, so we'll call you “the People.” We'll call the maid “the Working Class,” and your baby brother we can call “the Future.” Do you understand, son?Son: I'm not really sure, Dad. I'll have to think about it. That night, awakened by his baby brother's crying, the boy went to see what was wrong. Discovering that the baby had seriously soiled his diaper, the boy went to his parents' room and found his mother sound asleep. He went to the maid's room where, peeking through the keyhole, he saw his father in bed with the maid. The boy's knocking went totally unheeded by his father and the maid, so the boy returned to his room and went back to sleep. The next morning he reported to his father.Son: Dad, now I think I understand what politics is.Father: Good, son! Can you explain it to me in your own words?Son: Well, dad, while Tony Blair is screwing the Working Class, Gordon Brown is sound asleep, the People are being completely ignored and the Future is full of shit.

Cool Drinks options in Party

With continuous parties lined up from Christmas till new year, party goers in the city are now opting for the "light" way out.Walking up with puffy eyes and gaining those extra kilos are a matter of a great concern, and party regulars have found a smart solution, slipping a low-cal drinks. This seems to be the latest rage among the health conscious party animals in the city.
Low fat cocktails which have an average of 100 calories and taste as good as their rich counter the waistline. They are great option to keep calories in check. For instance, drinks which are low on sugar content like spriest, rum with diet coke, menthapol and virgin clod ares come options if you want to cut down on your calories.
It's a health -conscious thing ,because alcohol is general is pretty fattening as it no only adds calories o your daily diet, but it slows down the body's ability to burn fat or energy. It eases drinkers consciences to have sugar free red bull with their alcohol.Al thought the bottom line is one of the most drink with control,we add.

Mummies in Ancient Time

When you think of a mummy what comes to mind? Most of us usually picture an Egyptian mummy wrapped in bandages and buried deep inside a pyramid. While the Egyptian ones are the most famous, mummies have been found in many places throughout the world, from Greenland to China to the Andes Mountains of South America.A mummy is the body of a person (or an animal) that has been preserved after death. Normally when we die, bacteria and other germs eat away at the soft tissues (such as skin and muscles) leaving only the bones behind. Since bacteria need water in order to grow, mummification usually happens if the body dries out quickly after death. The body may then be so well preserved that we can even tell how the dead person may have looked in life.Mummies are made naturally or by embalming, which is any process that people use to help preserve a dead body. Mummies can be dried out by extreme cold, by the sun, by smoke, or using chemicals such as natron. Some bodies become mummies because there were favorable natural conditions when they died. Others were preserved and buried with great care. The ancient Egyptians believed that mummifying a person's body after death was essential to ensure a safe passage to the afterlife.

Breath Easy

Have you paid attention to the way you breathe?probably not.And if you've taken breathing for granted, you are unlikely to know what harm faulty breathing can cause.People are not aware of their own breathing pattern.Pranayama is a way of bringing that awareness however,to know the correct method of breathing you need to seek guidance from an expert.if you don't have any major health complications, you can breathe normally, like you always do.But if you have contraindications like BP or diabetes, thyroid problems etc,you could seek advice from a yoga expert how to control your health condition through breathing .
Take long ,slow breaths, breath through your nose, using your disphragn, not stomach, dont fill your stomach, don't fill your stomach while air.become aware of the rhythm of your breathing .
Breath normally during a cardio workout, but while using gym equipment, you must exhale when you exert and inhale when you push,do crunches or lift weights and inhale when you return to star position.never hold your breath for too long while exercising, for that can cause a valsalva manoeuvre .if you've held your breath for long it's time to exhale and take things easy

Go Sporty

If you thought that sports as a career prsopect has little scope ,think again. This is now a professiona on a par withother white-collared jobs. But one would hardly think so especially in the light of the ASSOCIATED CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY OF INDIA's(ASSOCHAM)report based on a surveyon sports..A career path for young india. The report indicates that 31 percent of youthfrom states like delhi, punjab maharstra and tamil nadu.choose ordinary sport becaus emost of them prefer to join in high earning games like cricket, hockey and tennis.
corporates are also relucant to extend sponsorships for sports and games like hockey, footballathletics, boxing, weight lifting as a result of which these games hae not gained mucg recognition.About 65 percentof the urban youth were successfully lured by emerging sectors like FMCG finance, retail,ITBPO aviation and hospitality.sports through innovative programmers in teaching coachingresearch and outreach activities and evolve a holistc apporoach to the betterment of humanresources through a harmonious blendy of body mind and sprit

Friends Forever

What constitutes "being there for a friend?.Does it mean you show up every time you make plans to watch a movie?or is it more than that?if you call someone your best friend,it has to be with more meaning.

It is easy for us to mistake their real friends from the ones who are using them. They could be getting a sense of comfort from one who is actually fulfilling only monetary needs and not the emotional ones. There is no guarantee that such friend will help them out in difficult situations .

if you feel like you have s similar group of friends ,it's important to use better judgement .You always have a parent, sibling ,older friend or teacher to talk to so ask them what they think.Only you will know what's best for you so act accordingly.

Macho Man????

Breaking the external myth that the male species loves being perceived as attractivesexually active or lady killers, findings based on an international study recently revealedthat most men want respect ,a harmonious family life and good relationships with their partner.Interestingly,"THE MACHO MAN" tag is no longer macho. men today know that they've got to be original,I feel that the best thing to be is "real"If you're macho,it willshow.if you're sensitive,it will show as well.Trying to look honourableand caring won't work for long if you're not that kind.
Sterreotypes are no longer applicable in today's world.Times have changed ,initally there was a notionthat men should be strong to physicaly protect women. But the ideology doesn't apply to the women of today,Doesn't euphonious remind you of an attachmentwhodon't need protective men as physical comforts. Both sex are looking for deeper aspects of a long term relation.WOmen today are smart well educated .They want to be in stable relationship rather than being with men who aremerely lady killers.

Employees getting fired using social sites

Working in IT industry is one of the biggest head ace.But we don't know we will get fired for UN-known reason. usually things happen like coming late to office ,bad work and having a bad names of lazy performance. These are the constant reason ,but employees getting check out of the job for using social network like orkut, face book and flixter's these became a very unfair issue for the employees.

The line between the business life and personal is blurring fast .A grow number of IT companies expect employees to represent their companies as a brand ambassadors and not just a mere employees The employees feel that it is a free world and the companies should not curb the freedom people talk about the government, politician etc..all the time on such sites ,that doesn't
mean the government throws them out of the country or a politician take action against them.

firing the employees is an extreme step but we feel that while employees sign to follow
certain norms with companies legally, more than the legalities they are morally indebted
to the company ,so they should watch out as to what they speak about the company in public,so
there is no room for any loose-talk outside

The importance of using electricity

The more electricity we use,the more power plants we will need and if we have to build more electricity plants it will mean using up lots more resources and possibly destroying forests or rivers.ultimately saving power will end up saving the environment here's how we can help!!!!

In the summer and winter our electricity bills are huge because we use air conditioners ,heaters, fans and the likes. So,see that your air conditioner or heater is not turned up too high.Try not to use either your heater or your air conditioner all day.use a fan when ever is possible.
check the rubber seals on your refrigerator door.put a ten or twenty rupee note between the door and then close it .If the rupee slides down the seal is not right.don't have all your house lights on.only put on the lights in the area in which your are sittingturn off lights every time you leave a room.like wise turn off your kitchen or other gadgets when they are not in use.turn of your computer if your are going to be away for a long period.use curtains and shades on your window,to keep the heat during the winter.have a hair dyer??use it sparingly and don't use the maximum heat setting

A good Heart

An analysis of 50 studies that include almost 2,000 volunteers found that anger -management programs can help people control their outburst .A positive behaviour in day-to-day life helps in keeping your heart healthy.Other studies have demonstrated that improvements like these translate into lower blood pressure and better blood flow to the heart during exercise and stress.

Experts believe that reducing the level of stress might help in prevention of heart attacks. When you are angry or tense the stress hormones raises the heart beat, which in turn increases the oxygen demand and if a person gets an attack ,it might harm the heart..

A GOOD HEART:

PHYSICAL EXERCISE:Aerobic exercise decreases stress and control depressionBEHAVIOURAL CHANGES:change your behaviour and modify yourself.Set realistic goals and do not panic if things are not done.HEALTHY LIFESTYLE: live a more healthy and disciplined life.don't rely on drugs, alcohol and nicotine for solving your problems.Wake up early and sleep on time.Spend time doing things ,which make you happy.BE HAPPY TO KEEP YOUR HEART HEALTHY

you need to roll up in front of her house or apartment, get out og your car, knock her door
,and walk her to the car(don't forgot to open the car door for her too)

2,TREAT IT LIKE AN OCCASION:
This is the chance to get to know somebody you think is special and you want to show your best side. The first element to this is dressing the part.you don't need to wear a tux, just be sure you're dressed well.she'll definietly appreciate the effort.

3,GIVE HER YOUR JACKET:
This may be one hardest old-fashioned dating method.don't be lame.Giving her your
jacket must be a smooth transition. The key is not asking if she'd like to wear it.If you do,She
will likely be too embrrassed, shy or proud to accept.if u notice her shivering or if she mentions
the cool night.

The Art of taking notes

How many times have u wished the Teacher would speak a bit slower so that you could write down what she or he was saying ??..do you often find that u missing a important points when you are rushing to copy down just what teacher is explaining??..If this is case, you may want to consider using abbreviations when you are writing notes.

The important feature in using abbreviations is that at the end of the day,When you open your note book, you should understand what you have written.ABBREVIATING words doesn't mean that you write every word in its abridged form,It merely means that abbreviations should be carried out in proper way.
A HELPFUL METHOD TO REMEMBER WHAT WORDS YOU USED WHERE,IS KNOW THE CONTEXT IN WHICH YOU WROTE THE WORD.READ THE SENTENCES YOU HAVE WRITTEN FULLY BEFORE FOCUSING ON THE ABBREVIATION AND YOU WON'T HAVE ANY DIFFICULTY AT ALL..

Friend's till life

The advent of the internet has made studying and researching project and assignments far easier than if ever used to be.you can find information on anything on the internet. But be warned -the information that is posted online can be written by anyone.

This is not to say that you shouldn't ever use the internet when it comes to working for projects or assignments ,but the key word here is-reliable sources .once you know that your information is coming from a sources, that is both known and trusted.you can use it for your work with out a qualm. But this isn't as easy as it sounds -after all,if anyone can post information online.

First of all,you need to know exactly what you are looking for. This may entail a little hard work but even if you have to sit in the library for tow hours to deepen your knowledge of the subject,do so-it will help you understand your topic better.More importantly still,if you come across information that is incorrect or littered with the bloopers youill avoid it.

Work Hard Play smart

WORKING SMART IS ACTUALLY THE SECRET OF FARING WELL IN THE EXAMS

It is again that time of the year, which every student dreads.Exams start next month for colleges and students have begun to feel the pre-exams jiters.Students are advised to work hard and study 24*7.But it isn't simple. There are many questions, which the students have to face like what to study, when to study and how to study.AND in this competitive age and time, working smart is as important as working hard,if not more.

one should analyse his/her weak and strong points before preparations. The best idea is to start with the most difficult or one's weakest subject .similarly ,when starting a subject ,one should start with the most difficulties chapters during the preparation. But when you have your exam the next day, keep the weakest chapters for the last.

following these theories ,chances are that by working half as hard ,you can get the best marks..ALL THE BEST GUYS..

People Getting Fat after stop during Work out???

A lot of people think that once they stop training muscle turns into fat that's not really the case.
Muscle tissue and fat are totally different. When you stop working out your metabolic rate dips.
if u continue eating like what you did while training hard,The extra calories you consume will be stored as fat. With no training and more fat build up,lean muscle, which further lowers the metabolic rate. This will make appear as if all the lean muscle has turned into fat. However, performing at least three workouts a week should help even the busiest of people(who are not too overweight)maintain
decent shape and good health

Fun Excuse to Bunk Classes

Adorning lecture,a newly released flick, live cricket on TV or simply a planned out with our girl friend, these are simple thing what we do for bunking classes, this week we string together a list of the most common and wacky excuses that teenagers have for bunking lecture about the youngsters and their unsafe habits.

1-Stuck in a Jam.one of the most common, but believable excuse, especially in metros where traffic jam are common place these days.but the ones who live a couple of block away from the college are better of avoiding this one.

2-A punctured tyre-A very handy excuse considering couple happen to any random person, but better keep another excuse ready, since that law average says that you'll definitely have a flat tyre the very next day

3-food poison-To pull this one off you'll need to mess-up your hair and look unwell, but it has it own rewards, since you can run out of the class at any time.

4-Fell asleep on the bus/train and reached elsewhere-simply say that you were up all night completing a project or tending to your sick dog and you fell asleep on the bus to college ,if you've used that "flat tyre"excuse a day prior to this

Question me?????

All the men on this planet would agree that there are a few things in life that shouldn't be tampered with.At the same time, there are several things that they don't want to be questioned about. We spoke to a few man and found out what are the questions that might make the strongest man on earth go weak in the knees. And all you women reading this questions that you should never ask any guy any point of time.
Men never want to answer some very basic questions asked by women.i think men don't answer them because they know they can't be answered or they will lie about it.A girl once asked me if i thought her father was a nice man.No one would answer that questions honestly don't worry understand the simple fact that their fathers are men who should not be liked but respected.usually men are not too complicated and are easy to handle, but when them those dreaded questions things might turn unpleasant for them.Life is though er for a man,who has had girlfriend in the past. The new woman in his life keeps asking what they did together and why.i once hear ed a very amusing question,"do you love me more that you EX?i was speechless
